個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介：鄭磊博士現(xiàn)為復(fù)旦大學(xué)國(guó)際關(guān)系與公共事務(wù)學(xué)院副教授、院長(zhǎng)助理、數(shù)字與移動(dòng)治理實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任及《復(fù)旦公共行政評(píng)論》副主編。擔(dān)任國(guó)際數(shù)字政府學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事、紐約州立大學(xué)Albany校區(qū)“政府技術(shù)研究中心”研究員、中國(guó)信息協(xié)會(huì)電子政務(wù)專家咨詢委員會(huì)委員、國(guó)家林業(yè)局信息化專家咨詢委員會(huì)委員。

2009年獲紐約州立大學(xué)Albany校區(qū)(SUNY Albany)公共管理與政策博士學(xué)位,師從北美數(shù)字政府學(xué)會(huì)創(chuàng)始主席、美國(guó)全國(guó)公共管理學(xué)院院士Sharon Dawes教授。此前于2004年獲亞利桑那大學(xué)(University of Arizona)公共管理碩士（MPA）。

2005年至2009年在國(guó)際領(lǐng)先的數(shù)字政府研究機(jī)構(gòu)紐約州立大學(xué)“政府技術(shù)研究中心”任研究助理，參與過多項(xiàng)美國(guó)國(guó)家科學(xué)基金會(huì)NSF課題。2009年1月在國(guó)際信息科學(xué)A級(jí)年會(huì)夏威夷國(guó)際信息系統(tǒng)科學(xué)會(huì)議(HICSS)上獲電子政府專題最佳論文獎(jiǎng)。2004年獲頒美國(guó)國(guó)家公共事務(wù)與管理榮譽(yù)會(huì)Pi Alpha Alpha成員。

2009年回國(guó)工作后，主持和參與過多項(xiàng)國(guó)家和省部級(jí)研究基金和政府咨詢課題，已發(fā)表包括SSCI論文在內(nèi)的中英文論文50余篇，著作兩部。曾在歐美亞非拉等地舉辦的多個(gè)國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議上發(fā)表和宣讀論文，并擔(dān)任組織主席和分會(huì)場(chǎng)主席。作為會(huì)議主席，在復(fù)旦大學(xué)主辦多過個(gè)國(guó)際會(huì)議。有多年中英文教學(xué)與政府培訓(xùn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，2013年獲復(fù)旦大學(xué)青年教師教學(xué)比賽一等獎(jiǎng)。
